Ambulatory Care/Clinic Business Planning
ValleyCare Hospital Pleasanton, CA
The Abaris Group has conducted a number of ambulatory care studies for ValleyCare Hospital over the past ten years. Our most recent project involved the development of a Comprehensive Occupational Medicine Business Plan for a freestanding clinic joint ventured with the hospital's medical staff. Several other outpatient and emergency projects requiring strategic planning and development have also been conducted for this hospital.
Health Dimensions San Jose, CA
Mike Williams conducted a strategic planning process and developed a comprehensive business plan for a series of 10 ambulatory clinics being developed by the corporation's hospital (San Jose Medical Center) and a large medical group practice. The process included facilitation of discussion on complex and sometimes seemingly conflicting needs between the hospital and medical group, significant development of site analysis and location design, and the development of financing to support this $10 million joint venture.
